  • Your body guides the session. Mostly KaHuna + Lomi Lomi style, with fusion of a continuous dance of therapeutic intimacy. This is dynamic, multidimensional table work, where bodywork flows through touch, sound, breath, and scent, inviting you to meet the elements both within and around you.

  • A sacred offering weaving physical bodywork, ritual, intention, sound + breath. These sessions include the seat of the soul, the sacrum, the backdoor of the womb + heart, the front body, breasts, abdominal cavity, womb and ovaries. This work is external.

  • A journey into the deeper layers of your body ~ adhesions, trapped nerves, traumatised tissue, myoskeletal + joint mobilisation, flossing, and fascia, where we work with the bodies deep holding patterns, using trigger point work, acupressure, myofascial release, active release/muscle energy techniques, and cupping.

  • Breath practices rooted in physiology and biomechanics, supporting the body to breathe in a way that’s efficient, natural, and nourishing for vitality, overall bodily function, and optimal health.

This work is both educational + experiential—you will explore the mechanics of breathing as well as the felt-sense of how breath moves through your tissues, organs, and subtle body. Nothing to learn, just awaken to + with embodied awareness so breath is not something you do but something you allow and attune to.

You will walk away knowing + with:
    • The ability to calm your nervous system and regulate yourself
    • Tools to improve sleep, focus, and energy levels
    • Practices that ease anxiety, panic, or over-breathing habits
    • Greater support for core stability and functional movement patterns
    • A deeper awareness of how breath arises from within the body’s natural intelligence

  • To be born into this reality is to experience trauma birth is our first rupture, a separation from the womb, from oneness, from the warm, held universe of belonging. Even in the most peaceful entry, the body registers intensity.... light, sound, gravity, aloneness. … Our first breath, often taken after the cord is cut too soon, is a gasp a cry, a jolt ,a moment of urgency + fear, that first inhale sets the tone for how we breathe under stress. How we hold, brace, dissociate to + in life Birth is the beginning of our imprint + then, layers are added, through relationships, unmet needs, cultural conditioning, disconnection, + a world that is too fast, too loud, too unfeeling But naming this doesn’t mean we are broken It means we are human + healing becomes the remembering, the returning, the reprogramming ~ REbirth…. Rebirthing breathwork invites us back to that moment of entry, not to relive the trauma, but to soften its imprint. To reclaim the breath consciously, without fear, panic, or suppression

    The breath remembers, do you?

  • A gentle, mindful practice that listens to the intelligence of your body. Through intentional touch, subtle guidance, and attuned presence, this work helps release tension, patterns, and emotional holding, for you to embody and inhabit your body from a the inner most layers to outer most layers.

  • Scar tissue is where softness has hardened, where once-fluid tissue has turned to armoured. Formed through trauma, surgery, or injury, these places in the body often remain unheard, become sticky, rigid and connect to other connective tissues, organs and create movement, mobility issues. With curious hands, scar tissue can be listened to again, invited back into flow, softness, and integration.

In a world where we often move quickly, cutting through pain, injury, or trauma, it’s easy to overlook the profound intelligence of the body’s self-healing capacity. However, when it comes to traumatised tissue and scar formation, many remain unaware of the importance of intentional release work~ not for cosmetic reasons, but for the health and function of the internal tissues, fascia, and muscles.

This 60 minute session is dedicated to addressing the scar tissue itself, the surrounding areas, and even referral zones that may be impacted by the trauma.
    • Break down adhesions
    • Improve mobility of the scar and surrounding tissues
    • Stimulate healthy circulation
    • Realign disorganised collagen fibres
    • Reduce pain and restriction

For those fresh or just weeks post op and surgical procedures and have cording we can also support releasing this. Scar release work can support your body in restoring fluidity, reducing compensation patterns, and reconnecting to parts that may have been physically holding, and bracing.

  • A deeply embodied exploration of your organs, connective tissue, and diaphragm. Going straight to the source, your centre, the lower dantian – Where we meet breath, rhythm, flow and deep listening.

  • Trust your body, connect with your baby.

For those in the prenatal portal, from week 1 through week 40+, Heidi offers temple-style pregnancy bodywork, blending Kahuna and Lomi Lomi techniques with targeted release work for the hips, glutes, and lower back.

The work incorporates jiggling, rocking, pulsating, and gentle movement, supporting the nervous system to soften, surrender, and find ease. Each session is a tender, grounding experience honouring the miraculous unfolding of your body and the life within.

  • Sculpt, Lift, Define + Drain

A delicious serenade of your décolletage, neck, shoulders, head, scalp, throat, jaw + face Stripping back from the conventional approach to facials, and Botox. A no tox option, that naturally enhances your skin elasticity, collagen production by stimulating circulation, lifts, drain, + sculpts the face + jaw.

Starting with soft strokes to awaken the face and leading into firm massaging, deep acupressure points, and trigger points to get into any stagnation.

BRIDGING SOMA AND THE PSYCHE

The body is not just a vessel for the mind, it IS the mind, it is reflecting the suppression, and expression in flesh. Every emotion, trauma, memory, and unmet need leaves its imprint somewhere in the tissues, posture, and nervous system. Bodywork, when practiced with sensitivity and presence, becomes a gateway into the unconscious, a way to listen, feel, and metabolize what the psyche has stored somatically.

Behind the work

Meet Heidi, or Heids, an integrative bodyworker + ceremonialist, devoted to the life that bridges freedom of movement in the body~mind.

My work is rooted in the understanding that the nervous system carries past patterning, memory, mythology + stories ~ These live on in our physical, emotional, + mental bodies, gradually calcifying into rigidity, alter our form + shape, behaviours, habits, patterns and ways of relating to self + other.

The body longs for freedom, through our relationship with both the inner and outer environment.

I hold the perspective that we are our own healer, physician, + therapist, my intention is to inspire you to remember this truth, + in doing so, to reclaim what is encoded in our essential nature as human beings.

My path in this realm began through both love + loss. Out of this, I’ve come to offer my work of love through Love From Me. I offer bodywork for women navigating the natural unfolding of life, rites of passage, emotional healing, chronic tension + pain, psychosomatic + psychospiritual awakenings, + the tender work of nervous system repair – all of these are callings to root us deeply in body, + experience.

This work can be experienced + may meet you as a ‘just’ a single 90-minute session or as an invocation to a lifelong journey ~ an unwinding, unravelling, + embodiment of self/selves.

We can only go as deep as we are willing to go.

Love From Me, To You.

THE HEART OF MY WORK

Rooted in Therapeutic Intimacy

Where you find the pulse of my work is awareness Being highly sensitive, I feel attuned to the intricate details, noticing the subtle.

𖦹 SPACE + INTENTION

Drawn into. I don’t hold space; we become the space together. The guide for each session with presence.

𖦹 Listening

To initial dialogue, the bodies dialogue of subtle gestures, and first touch to session flow ~ sometimes listening during a session may mean being with an area with stillness.

𖦹 Blend of modalities

Each session is an intuitive weaving of practices, learnings, ancient traditions, and wisdom. There are no fixed sequences, only attunement to your body’s story.

𖦹 Silence

Quietude is honoured. Words arise only for initial dialogue, dropping in or sound of release, this space is not for casual connection, small talk, or getting to know me. I like to suggest that after a session it is also quiet, perhaps a short share, whilst not attaching to stories.

𖦹 Boundaries + Consent

This is a safe space for you to feel empowered to speak your truth + your boundaries.

𖦹 Organic, Low/No tox, Biodynamic

All oils, herbs, balms, mists used are as clean as possible, low to no tox, biodynamic where possible or organic. Heidi uses certified organic coconut oil, castor oil, in most sessions as well as essential oils.
